In fact for Sydney post June 26, 2010 applicants are very few (You can check in an excel sheet of post June applicants tracking by CHC wise. Link provided below... So far I know Sydney CHC have annual quota of only 500. Even if post June occupy 15-20 of them the rest 480 supposed to be drawn from the Pre June (MI-1) and pre Feb 2008 (C-50)... But get this into effect we might have to wait until July 01 (when the Cap will reset)... Frustrating.... but thats possibly their official plan so far....

well, i mean 20,000 for the all visa offices...i am just anticipating the worst case scenario. but ofcourse we are hoping for the best. 
Received my passport back today with the visa label affixed. They did take 10 working days as advised.
A lot has changed in 1575 days , so the next decision is " to go or not to go "
Out of curiosity i checked up on my status and it states that my application is still " in process " ;D

I know life doesn't stay stagnant....new day brings new opportunity...influence. change in mind....all are logical but perhaps you might have at least a consideration to make your landing and see it yourself...for something you waited so long.... Of course at the end of day its exclusively your decision...
How did you get it back? in normal post or through a paid returned express post you provided.
