Sorry MP no idea about PER time line... I haven't seen much of Post 26 June applicant here in this thread whom you may consult with to have an idea of it for Sydney CHC... however in general many received PER and some of them also getting MR as they are now in priority list of Parliamentary instruction and getting us on hold as backlog....

Hope somebody here could respond you better. All the very best mate

Mpereio You can with the below link (Visa office specif status for post 26 June 2010 applicants) it says Sydney CHC have sent PER for 5 of the application so fare received(06). Its 90%.... But it does not says how long it takes. The below link has been provided by one of our forum friend Wayne

Just wondering why does only 6 application (!!!) under the new system received by Sydney CHC and I was thinking it would be plenty and thats why its been taking quite a while for our file to finalize...But it seems Sydney is not keeping too much busy with Post 26 June 2010 applicants.... Then what keeps them busy ???? No issuance of MR/PPR for quite a long time from Sydney!!!

Hello ashaussie,

In how many days did u get your second AOR????I already got an e-mail dt. 21-03-11 from CIO(S) stating they will send the file to local VO. I have a positive AEO approval too. Please share timelines.

i am preety sure that Sydney VO is having a snooze...

I got my status in process on 26 oct 2010 till then nothing at all , really tired of waiting.

@ fariza , hows visa success rate in australia? especially 4131? i had heard they call for interview to all, is that correct? My friends r getting medical and visa (4131)from india who applied at same time but me ? Iam the only one out of 10 applicants whose status is silence from my agent, what a joke !

Hi Fellow Thread Member's,

Just want to let you guys know that the delay in processing, I believe is because recently the Sydney VO has implemented new GCMS system and all the officer were busy getting training and also getting use to the new system.

How do I know,I was at the VO to pay my RPRF fee and the VO did mentioned the system changes. And, also the file number on my Medicals were different.

If you see through various threads here you would note that there were approximately 3 months delay at the VO's where they have implemented new system.

I think everyone should here something very soon!!!

Thanks,

Cozi

Just wondering its the second working day in April..... Anybody here experienced any updates in their E cas??? According to the hinted info provided above by COZI..... GCMS supposed to start working by now at Sydney CHC and we can expect our hard luck (!!!) to get some news.... Pl do share whatever it is or whoever it is for!!! Looking forward to Tomorrow (Tuesday.......Supposedly E cas update day....at most CHC)...Lets hold our hands tight and join in pray for each other.... GOD bless us all....

I thought applying from Australia...it would be a bit easier for us...

But probably its turning the other way round!!! Nothing to do now mate!! Things are not in hand... We are just the victim of Ministerial Instruction (MI) bureaucracy..... which gets changing one after another and so frequently before our file can move.... unfortunately!!! Our luck is in some others hand and changing policy....mate... but as a post June 2010 applicant you don't have to worry about much as your turn will appear far faster than many of us here... All the best mate

You can have an idea from my time line... its nearly going to be 2 years.... 18 months since second AOR.... Frustrating still to be considered as fast track applicant... the CHC based processing time should be amended as its from last year (Q3-4) the average processing time being extended for FSW-1, firstly 18 months and now close to 2 years (hope it won't crossed further!!!).... However FAM and QSW, FSW-2 categories the processing has been still relatively faster.... I know the annual allocated quota for Sydney is not too much (may be few hundred) and I believe at the same time not too many applicants (like other CHC) supposed to be piled in(only 6 application under processing for post june 2010)... so what keeps and takes them so long.....No idea mate...We are not even getting responses on our case specific inquiries.... All seems dark around!!

I got ans in 2days...they are just sitting on yheir asses i guess....
