Oh boy, why are you going to Saskatchewan(the frozen land)? it's the worst province to drive across. there is absolutely nothing to see there. I am not even sure if humans can survive there

Tell me one thing more...like quebec, do we have to go through a two step process, Csq first then study permit from cic or a single student permit for Saskatchewan after admission?

except qubec no province requires certificate of accaptance.you can go for study permit with admission letter.
