what do u mean by 2nd line update? do u mean the E-status update after sending the documents to NOva Scotia?

they received my application on july 10, 14 (first line update) and started processing on october 20, 2014 (2nd line-means in London office)
MR+RFRF+updated info- nov 20
done with med and rprf- 18 dec
got PPR- 16 jan
interview -waived
current status- still waiting for my PP back.

They have mentioned that we can contact at London office after 4 weeks if we do not hear from them..
Many people have got visa after about 10 days..
can u plz tell me where do they issue visa? isb office or London office?
