you said start processing, if in your ecas that is written than you file is already with an IO. Dont worry.
FYI LVO doesnt send any 2nd AOR. I means you will not receive any communication regarding that your file has been transferred.
A long time since I hear about it.

My case timelines are exactly like yours.
I also got AOR on 23 Oct and still no Medicals.
I am also from Pakistan bro.
Be in touch. Hopefully we will get medicals in Jan now as now a days they will be busy for new year etc.
Moreover my ecas is also showing application received, no case transfer intimation.

And your files are already transferred to concern VO by PNP through Entrust.

"Your file has been transferred to this office."

Usually NDVO, Manilla, ADVO do.

All you need to check your inbox + spam folders SUBHA, DOPEHAR, SHAAM. ( For PV2 ) prescribed by DOCTOR CIC.

And secondly... .whats CAIPS notes ... can my friend in Canada opt for it on mybehalf? As i read tht applicant outside canada can not get it.. rather a friend can register for it on my behalf

Yes your friend can apply gcms notes for you. You will need to sign a form which can be found in the website to apply for privacy act. If your wife is in application then she also needs to sign that. You need have to spend a single penny for this. This is absolutely free service.
Email address depends on who sends that but it ends with@international.gc.ca or cic.gc.ca.

Where does the bio data page contain height and eye color. Is it the front page??
And should i send them that page only, do i need to send the second page where the signature is.
And how many copies to send.
