No dear you are not required to say sorry.
Actually immigration is a serious business so you have to be alert and conscious.
And pay attention.
Many of applications are rejected or delayed just because of these types of mistakes.
If you want to take some advantage from these pages then read carefully there are some very good tips for free, for which immigration consultants charge lot of bucks.
If anything hurts you then I am sorry for that.
may Allah pak full fill your immigration dreams soon.

Thanks an best regards

Hello All,

I want to apply for GCMS notes and had some questions. Would appreciate if someone who's done this before can reply to these and provide any other helpful info:

- I have an uncle who's a canadian citizen and am filling the ATIP form on his behalf. The form is asking for his residential address only and NO other identification is requested (SIN?). How do they make sure his authenticity and if he is allowed to order GCMS.
- Can I mention my own email address to receive this info instead of my uncle's? Will CIC raise any objection to this?
- I'm selecting information type as "Electronic files" and "Immigration file: permanent residence". Is this correct choice?

Thanks in advance,
Fahad

Resident of Canada can order the notes on your behalf. You should attach his driving license photocopy when it asks you to upload docs i think in step 4.

yes, you can enter your email address.

yes all are correct choices, also fyi, you would choose the option in which there is $5 fee.

Hope this helps !
