Hi every 1.
While filling out the form for COC..therez a question sorme wot like If u or ur spouse has any disease which is dangerous or serious

My husband has a Hep B vs whoch is not dangerous at all its positive in the results but its not replicatins for like ages..he just had has recent tests again and a thorugh check up frm specialist and he again told him nothng 2 worry abt its not dangerous

should I state this in the form or ignore it? plz help will it affect my case on a later stage when our MR comes?

Hi,

As per my recommendations and experience, don't put anything in the mentioned table and forms for now, and even nothing to disclose for anyone, Hope it will not affect your medical and even later.
Just fill-out your documents and sent out.

NOC code is not mentioned on my approval letter. I got 5.5 scores in IELTS. Is it enough or can they demand for more? I nominated by SINP family stream

NOC code is not important in case of PNP applicants. Here is a link to locate it by yourself:

5.5 band is sufficient. They'll not ask you again.

Don't disclose it to CIC & even IOM. Otherwise they'll delay your case even if it is negative. They'll keep on asking for re-medical & Doctor's examination reports etc etc after every 2-3 months. Its not easy to satisfy them. IOM don't conduct ANY blood test for it. They do blood test for Aids & Syphilis only.

I have received my medical along with passport request from Islamabad VO on 24th June 2013, I have undergone with the medical test on 6th July. The MR result appear in ECAS on 24th July and in parallel I have submitted our passport to Islamabad VO on 25th.
Do anyone know “How long would it take for VO to return our passport back along with the visa stamp”?

other wise only fotocopies.
they will guide you when they request additional docs.

Just to give you an idea, after ppr2, Islamabad roughly takes between 2 weeks for visa stamping for LVO applicants. Did you apply to London or to Islamabad directly? What is your stream?

Yeah they can ask for ANYTHING. But now a days, they are not asking for Original Doc. They are just asking for Bank Statement & Settlement plan.

Hi

I replied to your same query earlier in some other forum. Have a look at it:

Following are the steps after AOR:

1: Additional Document Request: VO will ask for 3 things:

a: 6 months Bank statement(MUST)
b: A paragraph on how will you establish yourself in Canada(MUST)
c: Work experience in your own words, it would be just like writing a CV(OPTIONAL)

2: Medical Request & RPRF(PR fee)

3: PPR-1

4: PPR-2

Recently few applicants got Add Doc request, MR & RPRF altogether.

Hopefully you'll get response from CHC, London within 2 months. You'll get Add Doc Request first but you can also get Add Doc request + MR + RPRF altogether.
