Dear all,

yesterday i received an email asking for re submission of background declaration form as I had enterd last 10 yrs personal history and they require history from age 18 years... I am confused about this as it is clearly mentioned on the form imm5669E “Provide details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent.”

any ways i am resending the docs to cic.

I am also posting the email to help others filling in background declaration....

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

We are in receipt of your forms, however, you and your spouse's personal history details under Question #8 must be completed from the age of 18. There can be no gaps and each month must be accounted for and listed.

It is requested that you re-submit these forms within 30 days of this email.
Sincerely,
"

My wife and I only went back 10 years also as that is what was asked, looks like we will get a request for an additional IMM5669E also. if this is the case why don't they just ask for your personal history from age 18 and not bother mentioning anything about 10 years??

Regards

Andrew

In case of Pakistani applicants, CHC, London don't accept personal history since last 10 years. We have to fill it since the age of 18 years. I think its better if they remove this 10 years option for us. :(

Wish you all the best. It clearly shows that your file is complete for a final review & only this form is left. InshAllah you'll get PPR1 soon as you are an old applicant.

      Hi Zahid,

If you get approval from Province , it's should be showing where you have to submit your file, if it's written in Approval letter that you submit your file will all supporting documents to CIO then it must be CIO sydney. Nova Scotia , canada.

After Review CIO will Transfer your file to respective VO ( Visa office ) for further processing.
After that your file will be allotted or assigned a Application file number, which would reference for you to know your status of application.

One more question regarding the imm 0008 form question no.7 (application detail section) "Have your received your certificate de Selection du Quebec (CSQ)". Since I have nominated from SINP and this question not related to me and i want to check on "No" but system or pdf application not allowing me to do electronically. If i take print out of dully filled form without touching this question no.7 so should i tick the answer "No" by pen.

The problem with Question No. 11 regarding "Date and place of your last entry to Canada" and i have never been to Canada. How to write on this question "Not applicable" since pdf application not allowing print or write here as well.

Where the application / pdf application not allowing to electronically write on that space so should i use pen manually after validation the form.

Hi Zahid
You Need to Fill the form Electronically and when all is done , it will create some bar codes at page 10-11. Nothing to fill with pen. When the Question have no relation with up coming field , it's getting fixed ( No change could be made), so no need to fill.
For your questions, you can fill "SK" , i wrote for my "MB" for Manitoba.

Dear Friends,

Its almost 7 weeks now since i sent documents of PPR 1 to LVO PHEP. But still no response from them. I earlier sent email to their email id for which i got no response and its now 14th day. Last Thursday i sent CSI to them through website. and its now 4th day to it. But no response. I am really getting frustrated now. My medical is expiring on 2nd November, 2013 and passport expiring on 23 Feb 2014. My wife is also pregnant (chances) and i want to have a child now. Please friends suggest me what should i do now.

Should i contact Islamabad office. Because LVO send instructions to Islamabad office for PPR 2 and then send instructions to applicant. How should i contact Islamabad office.

Please friends guide me. I am really very worried about it.

Thanks.

Now a days LVO is bit reluctant to answer CSI, even I sent two times but no response. So what I can suggest to you for now just wait for couple pf days , as your case almost reached to end stage for visa issuance.
Your medical , passports and personal consequences could be solved once you will have visa in your hand.
It's suggestions, no alternative except to wait.

Hi

Its better to not to send repeated CSE again & again. Allow them at least 28 days to reply you back. PPR2 can take upto 2 months according to my observation so don't worry you'll get it soon. You still have plenty of time till expiry of your medical.

Islamabad VO don't know ANYTHING about our file. Even you'll get PPR2 from CHC, London. Islamabad VO is just responsible to stamp visa on our passports(which they receive from London) & thats it.

Hope you hear soon from them.

Regards
