Hi, i want to ask a question. I am applying under general stream through a distant relative. How should i prove my relationship with him/her.?
It is a very complex relationship and i will require birth certificates of my great grand fathers to prove it which is not possible. What to do?

According to my poor knowledge, there is no such requirement to prove your relationship in General Stream but for Family Stream its a MUST.

Its better to ask "MPNP online help" if you are still confused. Their reply would be more accurate.

I'm sure that there is no such requirement to prove relationship in General stream because of two reasons.

Firstly, If a friend is allowed to sponsor than why not a distant relative can do so.

Secondly, it is almost impossible to get ALL birth certificates.

So, I assume, your & your sponsor's birth certificates would be sufficient & also in both settlement plans(SP1 and SP2) you can mention your relationship in detail or you can further make a computer print family tree to show your strong ties to each other. One of my cousin(FSW applicant) submitted a hand made tree to show his relationship to his second cousin.

I alwayz found MPNP online help toooo much speedy. They usually reply me back within an hour but sometimes it do took few days. So its better to post your query as soon as possible. Write "Urgent" in subject line.

Now days, CHC, London is taking just 2 months to send PPR1 after medicals in most of the cases. Hopefully you'll receive that email very soon.

Dear Imran, My stream is Provincial Nominee through Sinp .. and my medical expired on 3 nov 2012, so what should i do now, will Cic contact me for another medical..

I have applied through Sinp for immigration to Canada, my process is completed up to medical and waiting for PPR request.

My query is that as I am studying ACCA(part 2 qualified in Pakistan)and want to continue in Canada from LSBF, Toronto,
1- Am i eligible for study permit (visa).
2- and will it affect my current PNP immigration process.
3- How long will it take to get Study visa.

Please answer soon as it is urgent...
