Any one from Pakistan apply to London office as Provincial Nominee

Hi guys. I am applying for MPNP under its general stream category through a distant relative. I have completed my forms and gathered all the documents required. Will mail them in 5-7 days. Just notarizing the documents is left. I have few questions related to notarizing the documents and sending the documents.
I have checked the general stream checklist but am still confused on some of the stuff.

i have already notarized the following documents.
copies of my educational documents, copy of birth certificate, copy of passport and copy of work experience letter.

I still want to ask.

1. Which original documents i need to send?
2. Which documents i need to notarize?
3. Should i send the notarized copy of IELTS test or its simple copy?
4. Do i need to send original bank statement without notarizing?

Someone please answer these questions as i am preparing my application to mail. I am from Pakistan so someone from there can tell me all the stuff above.

I just go through with General stream document checklist. Required documents are:

1: Birth Certificates
2: NIC photocopy & translation
3: Marriage Certificate
4: Photocopies of Passports
5: Notarized photocopies Educational degrees/transcripts/certificates
6: Photocopies of IELTS
7: Notarized photocopies of Employment letters
6: Notarized bank statement showing history of last 3 months

Don't send any "Original" document to MPNP as they'll not return it in any case. Its better to notarize all of the above documents just to be on safe side. Don't forget to send your transcripts too as they'll ask for it later.

If you still have some confusion then its better to email your query to MPNP online help as I found them extremely helpful & they usually reply you back within few days. Here is there email:

You said earlier that your E-CAS has changed to "Medical received", did they change it back to "In process"?

Mine is still "Application received" I guess your status changed to "In process" after 2 months of submission of requested documents?

yess my status changed exactly after 2 months of submission of establishment plan etc and 24th sept changed status to in process n 25th sept they issued mr

no they didnt change it back actually that time i checked my status in detail , written 3 lines there
1-application receiving date
2-when they start processing my application
3-medical result hve been received

Thanks for the help. I was also thinking of notarizing all the copies but am still confuse on three things.

Do i need to notarize the photocopy of IELTS test.(as it is an international test)?
Also when you mean photocopies of passport. Which pages exactly do i need to copy from passport.(Is it the front two pages where my details are written)?

Bank statement can be send in original form as i don't need it back. Should i notarize the original bank statement too??

if u sending photocopy of IELTS result then i think u should notarize
yes jst 2 pages of passport and u dont need to notarize ur bank statement even i didnt sent my statement with my nomination case i jst sent bank letter, mentioned a/c balance ..... thats it

1: No matter if it is an International test as we are sending them a photocopy which can be fake too so I don't think that there is any harm in getting it notarized too.

2: Yes passport copies means 1st two pages with our details.

3: Yes bank statement would be original so no need to get it notarized.

MPNP can ask you again in their additional document request if they found anything missing so don't worry they are not as strict as we imagine.

IELTS could be Notarized copy, i send the Same with my Application.
Passports, first Two Pages where there is you name, and other information is written. You can make it notarized also.
ID Card/ Cards copy Notarized and their English Translation as well, which must be notarized.
Bank Statement with Bank's reference letter, Original would be good.
Birth Certificate with English translation, If new one ( from Nadra), then make notarized copy.
All educational and Training certificates, Notarized.
Employment Contracts & Reference Letters Copies would be enough.
If Spouse will be travelling with you, then all educational certificates - same Notarized copies
Also Employments contracts and reference letters for spouse.
Also Latest photograph, should be pasted there on forms.

Passports, first Two Pages where there is you name, and other information is written. You can make it notarized also.

Yes dear I applied for Family but it was accepted under General stream, I was nominated in Sep 2011, Applied for for PR in London. Inshalalh thsi will be done soon.

I have done 1 for each member , means Principle Applicant, and dependents.
Experience letter is actually is reference letter for past job, for present job, you need to attach the reference letter,
"that you are employee of Such company and Such Section, with job Title, and if salary could be mentioned in the same letter , that would be good also, so your Bank statement will be authentication to your salary.

I am not allowed to apply online as it is for priority streams while i am applying under General stream category and also through a distant relative.
