IF I can Manage then why need to go for education loan? I have transaction certificate and balance certificate but There is clearly mentioned about GUARANTEED INVESTMENT CERTIFICATE (GIC).

HOW TO OBTAIN A GUARANTEED INVESTMENT CERTIFICATE (GIC)[/b][/b]
According to Citizenship and Immigration Canada guidelines, you will require approximately
$10,000 CAD per year, not including tuition fees, to cover your living expenses. This requirement is
fulfilled through the purchase of a participating GIC, and evidence that you have paid your tuition.
At present, Scotiabank and ICICI Bank Canada are the only participating Canadian financial
institutions.

Preferred Option for Proof of Funds: Evidence of purchase of a special Guaranteed Investment
Certificate (GIC) from a participating Canadian financial institution, in the amount of $10,000 CAD
to cover living expenses for your first year in Canada and evidence of payment for your tuition.
In the alternative, you can fulfill the financial requirement by submitting a copy of the receipt for
your tuition fee) AND a copy of an Educational Loan from an Indian Chartered Bank equivalent to
$10 000 CAD.

Yes, most of the documents should be translated (which is automatically notarized), don't submit anything original, photocopy and notarize it (except for police clearance certificate). You have to submit your original passport, not the passport copy.

I assume you're not going to send the original academic certificates right? So, if you are sending a photocopy - you have to notarize it to show that you are indeed making a photocopy from the original. Original passport must be sent through vfs - which is in lagankhel (if you are doing a paper application), if it's an online application no need to send the passport, till you get a passport request.

If you are sending the original (which you should not), no need to notarize, if you are photocopying anything - it must be notarized! I notarized almost every papers I sent.
