Oh I'll wait alright lol. I'm staying pat for a few more months. I'm wondering about you.

I will be putting new AINP application soon...I told my the company which wan to hire me tat let me join the company and apply for new
provincial plan they are talking to HR on it as they only hire PR or citizens other wise i will be starting with another company some where middle of next month n applying for Provincial nominee with them.
But some how i have feeling that i will hear some thing . Its been 11 month for me with review status for me

convocation or degree confer date is 10th Nov
My application was received on 31st oct...I already send the updated documents which has been added to file but lets c

I had the same case as yours , My degree confer date was Nov 17,2011 and i started working on PGWP since June 2011 and applied under CEC in Spet 2012 .My application got refused as they count 1 year experience from the date of convocation. Not from PGWP. I have now re-applied under CEC in Spet 2013 and paid the fees again. The bad part is that they tell you this after about 1 year and precious time is wasted.

Yeah I can totally understand the pain and frustration. I will be fine with
Rejection but just want the decision soon. After how much time they rejected you?
Did u send them updated documents after u realized mistake?

Just a thought - I remember you saying in the past that open/BOWP wasn't an option due to them only hiring PRs or citizens. However - have you checked if this is legal and not discrimination? If i remember correctly (and this would be according to Ontario law), a company cannot refuse employment due to working status. They can request that you have right to work in Canada though but should not stipulate PRs or citizens only. I'm wondering if that is worth exploring for you?

Ahm its crazy that its been over 12 month waiting time n u still didnt hear any thing...hope this coming week things will be faster

Yep that's true. There are many positions in the govt. sector (besides security) and also in private sector where they strictly want Citizens or PR holders.

Yeah any way lets c I got another offer salary difference is huge but I can apply under AINP with it. I am pretty sure about my rejection now. even if they consider my updated documents ...my application receive date is still 31 oct and degree confer date is 10th November ..so fate

11 month n still waiting .......I know people with less than one year exp who calculated exp from PGWP got rejected in little less than 11 month some lucky ones in 5-8 months..hope they don't drag me for longer now...
