I have also applied for Visa(paper based) under SPP at Chandigarh VFS on 13th July.

Here's my profile:

10th - 73.1%
12th - 78.4%
B.Tech-Mechanical - 6.32(CGPA), 56.88%
No year Gap
IELTS : 7.0(R-8.0, L-7.5, W-6.5, S-6.0).
Applied for 2 years Advanced diploma in Electro-mechanical(Automation And Robotics) at centennial College.
Attached SOP stating reason for going in Electro-mechanical from Mechanical.

What are my chances of getting visa?

STUDY PERMIT.

Hello Everyone,

I am a worker here in Canada at the moment, just for info my work permit will expire January of 27, 2016. I just received my letter acceptance from one of the institutions designated by CIC. Now, I have a few questions which I hope you guys could help me.

-is it okay to apply for my study permit as early as now?
-what happens with my current work permit if I get a study permit before my work permit expiry?
-can I work while waiting before the class intake? (Class Starts April 2016)
-for the proof of funds, how long is the money supposed to be in my account? because my plan is, instead of having my parents send me a bank certificate, I will instead just ask them send the money to me and deposit it into my account- is it a better idea?
-do I have to take medical even if Im in canada?
-and also, do I have to have a consultant? - honestly as i was reading all the instructions on how to apply, I felt like I can do it myself, that's why. Yet, of course I do have tons of questions.

I applied on 15th July from Pune(Bangalore VFS). Haven't received any update yet besides processing.
Had my medical on 4th July. GIC done, first term fee paid. Going for Master of Applied Computer Science at Dalhousie University.

Profile:
1. B Tech- Mechanical Engg. - 64.94% 2013 pass out
2. GRE- 307
3. IELTS - 7.5 (None below 7)
4. 2 yrs of Experience at Tata Consultancy Services (IT MNC)
5. Extra curricular - 3 apps on windows phone store.

What are my chances of getting the visa ? Please note my field of study is changing.

Veere mein uk to hospitality management da diploma kita aa 2 years mein india aa gya si october ch hun canada layi aply karan lagga for culinary management co op conestoga college ontario ch ... actually mera gic account late ho gya aa mein 1st july nu send kita si mere ton galti ho gi si form ch hun 7th nu resend karna piya but haje tak koi reply ni aya hun tension aa late ho reha aan ....last date ki hai visa apply karan di ?

Veer last date 31st July aa sept intake lae.. Hope you will get ur GIC confirmation soon.. You can also call to Scotia Bank for current status of your application as its taken too much time i.e 14 days as of now

i have applied for university foundation program leading psychiatric nursing at university of winnipeg for september intake on 8th july for Delhi office from Nepal.

I have done my 10th grade with 76%
PCL Nursing with 74.56%
and currently working as a staff nurse from past 2 years
IELTS 5.5 in each band
Paid whole fee of the course CAD 13250

How much of my chance of getting study permit and how long will it take more???
