IN PROCESS
dont know what will happen or i will be rejected
plz plz plz plz
help me weather it is normal processing time ????

Rizwan
thanks

There should be no cause for worry. Yes, it is normal. People who have applied earlier like July-Aug-2009 are also waiting for MRs.

It depends upon NOC, VO-Locations, Country of Birth etc; besides other factors. Of course, if someone has AOE (i.e. arranged Job Offer), then that application is expedited.

If you want to clear your anxiety, then CAIPS should be ordered.

Best Wishes,

Bestpal

Nov 9th 2009 my application was received. Nov 2010 status changed to IN PROCESS. I am still waiting, it is still in process:(((( I ordered CAIPS twice and they have not even touched my application. I wrote them twice and received reply: "After reviewing our records, your application is in queue for processing". I did my medicals and everything. DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT COMES NEXT?

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and wanted some advice

We applied under the FSW category to Sydney, Nova Scotia in September 2009.

We got our 1st AOR in November 09 and were asked to submit full documents to the London office

We did so and received our 2nd AOR on 10th March 2010.

According to eCas our file started processing on 19th August 2010.

To date we have heard nothing more.

Does this seem a long time to have heard nothing? In our 2nd AOR letter from March 2010 it states that if we have not heard anything within 8 months to contact them. We waited until 14 months and contacted them and got a complete brush off

Should we be worried?

Any advice would be helpful......

thanks

Stuanddes,
Where (Which Visa Office) has your application been transferred? There have been a lot of applications at the Buffalo VO that are only recently moving, some being transferred to other (less backed up) local visa offices, and some by the Buffalo VO itself.

Can you also elaborate what you mean by the "complete brush off". I suspect it might be a standard reply that most of us might have received asking us to not contact them till the review is complete.

Either way, don't worry, we are all in the same boat here. If misery (and waiting) loves company, I am sure glad we have this forum.
