Thanks for your advice. I am not applying 0213, instead it's 4131. But I am not very sure if I can be successfully qualified in this category. so I won't take any further action unless I passed CIO initial assessment.

I am also sailing in the same boat, i have sent my application to CIO sydney in last week of Dec-09. and having the same category "0213".
My opinion is to apply for FBI while waiting for CIO decision, since these days it's taking 12-14 weeks time (and there is very less cost involved to apply for same) rest all can wait till CIO advice, and should not take much time only money.
