Hello, please refer to the instruction guide. It clearly says that you should mention the country that issued the Passport and not where the passport was issued. In your case, the issuer of passport was India, right?

Question 5 on the same form:country of citizenship? I filled - Ind

It should be understood that if the country of citizenship is India then ofcourse my passport should be Indian.Country of issue could mean the place where it was issued.Ambiguous!

Hi All,

I have send my application to CIO, NS on 4th Nov'09, reach over their on 10th but since than no reply, Yesterday sent a query to local CHC, Islamabad, but I know they are lazy bumps, they wont reply, wish could get AOR soon.
