Any November 2009 Applicants? FSW- Time Line

Hi Knight,

I am not able to see the status on eCas. However I am in canada and I have sent my full docs in end of March Buffalo office. I got my first AOR from CIO on March 12,2010 by email. I have tried search with both my client ID or the file name received from CIO.

what is the email id of CIO , Novascotia, please.

I will wait up to this month then I should write to them one more letter.

Its already veryyyyyyyyy late. You should write a letter to them immediately. I am sure your application hasn't reached there, or may b their reply hasn't reached u. it has faar exceeded the normal time limits.

I have sent one more letter which is received by CIO NS at the last week of March 2010. However no reply.
Should I send them one new application.

I have found the form IMM 5475E .

Those who have any relative or friend in Canada they can at least track their status of their application at CIO, NS through submitting this form to CIO, NS.
Their lawer, relative or friend can contact to CIO at the call center (+1-888-2422-100)and be able to know the status of application.
Unfortunate I have no one.
I dont know how to deal with my problem.

As you know waiting for something is very stressful specifically when many of applicants even applied in January 2010 and they recieved the yes card 120 days. Since 13 Nov 2009, I am waiting for the YES CARD 120 DAYS.
If at least 10 of applicants who are waiting since Nov 2009 for the yes card then
I think after 10 of April 2010 our fate might unlock.
Like me I evaluated myself that my English capability is highest even I did not include my English score with the application. Its true that I have that now.
My presumption about the unlock:
1. If The NS officer might doubt about my English capability then they will process my application after 10 April 2010.
If it is not then
probably the number of slot for my country or for the NOC type for my country has been finished. Therefore ,they are waiting for the next updated.

All in all I am still optimistic to have the yescard 120days.
