I am pasting the roles and responsibilities which I had mentioned in my applicaiton and see if you can modify similar to that and resend the application. Afresh new application.

 Responsible for Requirements Gathering, Business Process Analysis, and the Synthesis of Information gathered into a Business Application Software Design.
 Responsible in Effort and Budget Estimation for the projects.
 Control the budgets and expenditures of the project and provide status to Senior Management.
 Responsible for Planning, Organizing and Directing Team members in the project for the execution and completion of the project.
 Assemble and manage teams of information systems personnel to Analyze, design, develop, implement the Customer requirements to Software Projects.
 Managing the day-to-day technical and logistical operations of IT staffs including Scheduling, Assignment, and Task Performance Monitoring of Employees.
 Direct and Evaluate Project Execution.
 Providing technical and functional expertise in technical proposals, presentations, solutions and demonstrations to customer and enable them to make right decisions about the business requirements.
 Provide Monthly Project Status Report and Risk assessment of projects to Senior Management and Customer and provide mitigation plans for the risks.
 Appraise team members yearly based on their performance and provide performance rating to HR and set KPIs and KRAs to Team Members and Subordinates.
 Technical Interview Panel member involved in recruiting Senior Software Engineers, Technical Leads and Project Leads for the Company.
 Involved in providing data to Pre-Sales team for RFP (Request for Proposal) Process.
 Involved in SQA (Software Quality Assurance) and SEPG (Software Engineering Process Group) activities for projects and organization Standards & Policies and Involved in Project Audits conducted by SQA/SEPG and Customer Audit Groups.
 Provide training to team members on technical subjects and project related topics.
 Mentor Junior Consultants, Project Leads and Team Members.

i am dec applicant waiting for AOR. i need one suggestions from anyone of you. i m from UK and visa office is New delhi. in my application forms, i havent done any mistake expect NOC code at some experience periods. At one place, unfortunately, i typed wrong Noc code, which was not deleted, i mean, which was not relevant to that job. however, i typed right NOC where i was expecting to get points. what CIC will do? they ignore those NOC codes which is irrevalant and considers the relavant one? i think some of you knows about this situation. advise me plz

Hi Naseem

don't lose hope, consult a good lawyer, if you Canada is your last resort and you have some extra money, go for a reputable lawyer in your country and be honest with immigration policies and rules. once you will be blacklisted due to any reasons, it will be hard to get through again.

Is rejected applicants also got their dd encashed before getting the replies? ??? ???

About Proof of Fund:
are the following Items right ?

- BANK STATEMENTS: Original bank statements showing sufficient funds in the name of you or your spouse/common law partner. We recommend submitting a total of three months of banking history to establish your ability to consistently maintain the required amount of funds.
- BANK LETTER: Original letter from your bank, on bank stationary, signed by an officer of the bank, listing all of your assets and liabilities with their institution.

we have both of them or just we need BANK LETTER ... because I did not read about bank statement in any places.
