I am from India, I have applied in December 2014, my application was successfully accepted and presently my VO is Colombo?

well ,i am yet to apply. I am from nigeria with a modest year of experience, took the eligibility test but was not eligible. pls kindly advice or share a pathway best for people in the SHE career wishing to migrate to canada
