Hi mate, I have worked in Quality Assurance department with a master's degree in hospital administration. Do you think this 0311 is the appropriate NOC for me?
I would recommend asking Human Resources and/or the person you are reporting to. Once, you have agreed on one NOC or a few, email at
noc@workingincanada.gc.ca for verification.
I am saying this because I was working as Project Lead in Primary Care (MHA and MBA). I felt my NOC is 0311. I emailed my job description at these email addresses and they verified that I fall under NOC 0311. Unfortunately, when I asked my manager to sign my experience letter with NOC 0311, she and the HR person refused to sign it stating that my NOC should be 4165 (healthcare consultant, researcher and project officer). I changed my NOC to 4165. Also, general perception is if people are reporting to you (you are involved in their hiring/firing), then you are a manager. My understanding is (also verified by few management research papers) people who are managing projects are also managers but some people don't agree.
Compare your job description with job tasks within few NOCs.
Ask Manager/HR
Verify through the email address provided above.
Just my thought....
