I Applied for my PR in Sep 2014 under SINP 8), I'm done with medicals and my status says
PR application received on Sep 15
Medical results received
..It shows 17 months as the current processing time under CIC /PNP website.. Anyone here who knows anything about the ordeal ? its almost 5 months now and 17 months is a long way .. with the oil prices down , economy "might" get hit and possible job loss...
will that affect the PR ? if we lose jobs ? Last week one fellow got laid-off at my work .. I have my work permit valid till Feb 2016 ."Hope for the best and prepare for the worst " but ,
Need to know ..Why is the processing time suddenly got to 17 months ? ??? and is there any hope of the processing getting fast tracked ?
