NSNP is it Nova Scotia pnp. Pls confirm if yes when was it open in Jan 17 and for how long

Yes it is Novascotia pnp , but I applied within Canada so it is open all year. Form outside I dont have any knowledge abt it

hi,
Today I created my online profile for NS PNP. I found some difficulties such as Job Validation Code is only taking 4 digits instead of 5 original digits. Can someone help me with this issue?
Secondly, I don't have my wife's date of birth certificate, what could be the possible substitute for it and for NOC 2011 what could be the document required in an online application.

Please advise.

In my Ielts result my score is listening 6.5, reading 6.0, writing 6.0, speaking 6.5. According to CLB 7 I will get 4 points each means 16 points. My questions is that for speaking I will get 4 points or 5 points?
