Hello everyone,
I am from Nepal.

Anybody, if still continuing with these posts, please help me regarding the essential financial docs that need to be prepared before applying student visa. Mainly, I am worrying about the proof of funds which need to be shown to visa office. Please tell me that how am I supposed to create house rental tax and my parents income tax certificate.

Any relative feedback with this post would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

ThankYou. I just presented general documents, according to the checklist - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5818E.pdf

For proof of funds I presented property valuation (from woda VDC - Lalitpur) and rental agreement of our property at Lalitpur and Hetauda. A salary sheet of my Father and profit from business operations. I also made sure to present the tax clearance certificate for every property we own (seems that this is very important)
I made all the documents myself, and never followed any consultancies. And I gave the medical after CIC requested for it.

I am not sure about whatsapp group that exist for Nepalese students. Feel free to inbox me if you have other questions.

Good luck :)
thankyou for information and one last question we need to do insurance or not ?
