Any Medical OR Dental students?Help!

Hi,
Are there any Medical or Dental students who have applied for any courses in Canada,with a change in the field of studies like MBA etc?
I am getting quite a few negative feedbacks that the visa might get rejected based on this!
Any course that you might suggest to get the visa and then change the course ?
