Any Legacy Refugee Claimants waiting for hearing?

Yes I have applied in montreal since Feb 2012 and sadly still no response about my hearing date. Am so confused. Not knowing what next to do :-[ left my young kids back home suffering..pls can someone help me with the hearing time for us..the legacy Claim. Refugees.. and why keeping us in darkness for this long?

Dear, I know it is very despairing period but you will get your notice soon. I have been through this time myself and I know 6 other people who claimed for refugee last year and waiting for their hearings.
 
i applied in oct 2012 in Toronto. so far not hear any thing from irb for hearing.its almost 16 months so far.totaly unfair with legacy claimants.r they not human.this harper govt. is totaly against immigration.they dont like immigrants trust me.dont vote for this party.always vote for liberal.
 
Hi guys , I applied on May ,2012 . Received a letter with hearing date for dec 3rd,2013 . It went well I guess ,but they haven't mail the decision yet :(
 
if at end of hearing judge did not tell u that ur case has been accepted...then chances r rare he or she will accept ur case.my opinion...but God knows better...any way Good luck...
