hello & good day. I will give u free advise please do not discuss to any Pakistani lawyers they will not guide you well its good for you to see any good immigration lawyer donot see any immigration consultants , even its just a small question , I know lots of Pakistani lawyers who mess up sponsor ship cases, one of Pakistani lawyer did same to me and I lost 2 years behind my wife visa. CHC Islamabad request additional documents and he did not sent to Islamabad and my case is refuse, please donot make any mistake

Salam, they said the lawyer who signed our Nikkah well his licence had expired in March 2010 and my husband got it signed in April 14,2010. We got married March 30,2010. The Scholar married us and we had 2 male witnesses and his sister listening outside the door. It was a private affair because of my being a security risk at the time. I have lived with him many times since then and last time I was there for 14 months. So it bewilders my mind that this has happened. I guess anyone should ask for their licence before they sign any document. I pray Allah helps us in this matter In Sha Allah
