Any Kuwait FSWP Applicants? help with Civil ID issue date pls

Hi! Hoping somebody from Kuwait or the Middle East can help me out - Im about to complete the application process and still have a lot to go. Gathered most of my documents, but the application is whats slowing me down.
I have a question regarding the issue date of a Kuwait Civil ID. It's usually not mentioned on the ID. Given that i was born and raised in Kuwait, I don't have a specific document that says what date my civil ID was issued on, nor is it mentioned anywhere. How and where can I get this information from? Or, should i mention the earliest recorded date (about 20 years ago) of my residence visa?

If you were born and raised in Kuwait and have never been resident of any country other than Kuwait, then your residence in Kuwait starts from your date of birth. You will not need any civil ID etc to prove this. I hope this helps.

Hi Lawrence2007, Thanks so much for confirming. I guess that does make sense because i found out that when a civil ID is issued, it stays the same regardless of who your sponsor is and whether or not you leave the country and/or return. It's just that i have no document that actually says date of issue - with an actual date, you know? I'll attach an old civil ID copy and my birth certificate i guess.

I think the best way to go about it is to attach your Birth Certificate and the copy of your first stamped Iqama. Good Luck with your application!
By the way does anyone know if I can apply under FSWP in January 2015 as I don't expect my ECA to arrive before December, 2014.
