thank you guys for your kind replies & sincere suggestion..I will highly consider your suggestion & keep that in mind. It is indeed true about the agencies & some of them lack the basic even to provide some general information which I have gathered myself by googling so far. I hope I will find something alternative way to pursue my passion.
