I (re)applied on 29th June, still no update. Processing time for me is 5 weeks. 4 weeks gone by. Previously when I applied, I got refused within 3 weeks.
 
I reapplied online on June 7. No updates. Previously rejected after 8 weeks.
 
My application approved.

I applied on June 4 online
Application review started on June 18
I didn't receive medical request. So I sent medicals using case specific enquiry form on July 18.
Application approved and passport request on July 21 at 12.14 AM
