visa office is Abu Dhabi, according to gcms it looks like my case is stuck on info sharing

What is info sharing? And when did you apply for gcms?

I think info sharing is information exchange between USA and Canada.

I applied on 13th July
Biometrics on 3rd August
Review eligibility started on 7th August

When was your review eligibility started ???
I mean which date if you remember.

We have to apply for it online. It takes 30 days to be processed.

Hey guys.
Got my Visa approved today. Received PPR and BVL today.
Had gone for upfront medical today. got the acknowledgment/eMedical by 4.30 pm.
at 6.30 pm received a mail to check messages on the IRCC account. Checked those at around 7.15 and saw a decision, PPR and BVL.

I anyway uploaded the eMedical thru webform as I don't want any trouble when I land in Canada. I'll get a printout for myself to show it at entry. They'll have the results in their database by the time I reach Canada.

I pray and hope you all get your VISA soon.

For everyone who got approved, anyone is still yet to receive the POE letter of introduction? I didn't’ receive one…

Yes, I also didn't received the POE letter of introduction. one gets that after his/her passport gets stamped. I was told this by my university's international student advisor.
