I had got the update saying biometric completed on the same day I submitted biometrics, bt I also didn't got any bvl

I was planning to start my studies this fall but it certainly looks like I would have to defer it to January.

Completed my biometrics 28th may
Eligibility review started on 27 july
Till then waiting for medicals request

I'd suggest don't defer, start online if ur university permits to n then fly in September or October!

What happened with Quebec? I am in the same boat too, my university is starting online, but man, its one massive cluster fuck. Never imagined a visa being so complicated, how come US is so efficient but Canada is so horribly slow! Its a rhetorical question, don't want that answered. I honestly thought my PPR is around the corner when I got the update saying biometrics completed, but looks like they have not even started seeing my file, my eligibility has not started yet.
