Is simple just go to the cic website login into ur GC key account stroll down below you see link your paper application then you input the necessary details in there that would help them find and link ur application for or when visit the cic website type in the search bar link paper application many options would be available to you with instructions

But my status is submitted and nothing changed neither medical nor review of eligibility.

Yeah, Delhi. I didn't submit upfront medical and haven't received request for medical yet. It's really hard to wait. My earlier application was rejected and I waited for 8 weeks back then. Now, 1/4th of 2018 I have invested waiting for this visa
