My boyfriend is finishing an internship as a MD in China. He wants to visit me for the first time in Canada. I do not want to go the whole sponsorship/trv route as its embarrassing to tell the government I met online and have everyone involved in my marriage.
We are both looking for jobs for him in Canada. I figure as an MD who has finished his school in Pakistan and worked in China and has a good record. then he should be able to find SOMETHING. Can some please help with the process of apply for a foreigner to work here?
What does need to show employers?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Assuming MD is medical doctor. He needs to first complete a few exams in Canada, also do a residency, once he has completed that he can practice as a doctor. His medical experience and certificates will not be recognized in Canada. Otherwise he can apply as a skilled worker, come to Canada legally join the Tim Hortons/McDonalds line for survival job and also to fund his medical education and then proceed from there.

As newton explained, the process for foreign trained doctors to have their credentials recognized in Canada is quite long (typicall years) and expensive. He may be able to find a job in Canada with the medical experience and certificates he has now - but it won't be as a doctor.

This is an old post and totally useless anymore . can a mod delete it please?
I found out the person was lying, he wasn't even a doctor in his country and I'm not with him because it didn't work.
