Any indirect flight that goes via Dubai? (India to Canada)

Last week, I saw a flight from India - Maldive . Maldives - Oman (or Qatar) - Dubai - Toronto . But not able to find that anymore. hence was checking

You can opt qatar now instead of dubai as doha is open for indian nationals who are vaccinated.

The reason I want to go to Dubai is because I need to use the ENBD ATM for my accounts PIN change. I need to be in Dubai for that.

What you can do is wait till 25 for dubai reopening. Other then that you can go to maldives for 14 days and then to dubai.
