Hey guys i am from India, currently doing mcom from Ignou. My past performance

12: 83%
Bcom : 60%

I wish to compensate my low graduation scores during mcom because 3 year graduation+2 year masters in India is equivalent to 4 yer bachelor in Canada. Anybody please help me about eligibility, funds etc
