Any Idea about Higher Secondary Certificate as proof of English Language ability

wondering if anyone submitted citizenship application and provided Higher Secondary School certificate for English language ability.If so did CIC accept it?

Yes my daughter used her high secondary school as a proof of language and it was accepted by cic , that was in December 2017 in Hamilton, but I think it depends on the officer dealing with your file , so it is better not to rely on it hundred percent , but I was OK with my daughter as I told you

Does this also applies if you have studies ARTS subjects in secondary and bachelors degree in Punjabi Medium and studies English as a Subject only?

Technically it should work but it can go sideways too, all depends on case officer
