Cant say anything with absolute certainty that the CRS will drop below 450 by the end of this year.
I am at 447 and waiting for the score to drop below my CRS.

IMO, not this year. And there is just not enough information for us to predict 2016, but the first few rounds will give us a hint. If you can bump up your score to 450+ your chances definitely go up.
