I would suggest DHL, they are good.

Every city that has a sea port or airport has a cargo terminal. You should call your cargo terminal and ask for prices. They will definitely be much cheaper than DHL or any other similar. How it works: you (or someone else) take your staff to cargo terminal, give the name of recipient and city where port is located, the recipient goes to terminal and picks up the staff. Sea cargo several times cheaper than air but it goes around a month to Canada.

it also depends on where you're headed to in Canada! we were quoted 3 months from Sweden to West Coast for see transport.... and only 1 with air transport. And the price difference was not that big. We chose air transport, and they came and pick it up at the house, and delivered it to the house in Canada - however, you have to do the customs clearance yourself (see previous thread).
We got a quote from a company ( based in the UK), and they ended up using DHL to ship things here...
