Nicole, Go to
Dr. Lyndon at 200 St. Clair West Charges 250 CAD and they will upload your medical with in a week. You can get appointment either for Monday or Tuesday next week call them, ( Google it for phone##)

I did it here and my medical was received bu CIC with in a week..

I called on thursday and got an appointment for tuesday.
I have received the passport request 8 days after I visited the doctor.
He accepts cash only and he is charging $ 250 all included.

Congrats nicole...but I am a little surprised that u didn't even care to post in the forum that u received medicals...all the members tried to help u a lot trying cool u down and u didn't even bother to update us..not trying to be rude but just saying...pls don't mind..

no no sorry guys, I did not mean that, I was at work until 9pm yesterday, when. I got it, I was super busy at work..I only got a chance to post a message, I did not even have chance to go back to check message.. And now I still think I am in the dream, sometimes I told myself to wake up... Lol sounds silly

But I am sincerely saying "thanks everyone who has helped me at this situation" good luck everyone who is waiting for it...
