Hi,
I am looking for an authorized good lawyer for FSW process. I've applied once and got rejected in the first initial process. Can you please let me know if any good lawyer out there in NY/NJ area?
Please provide adress and phone number if possible. or any online link to find one.

Thanks,

V.

dear vishal...

besides consultants in NY/NJ, the originator of this website itself is a damn good immigr consultant / lawyer. why don't u get in touch with them.

secondly, on this site we r 'not permitted' to name consultants. thus, ur query might just go unanswered.

regards.

Thanks for your quick reply.
I wudn't mind going to CANADAVISA consultant. BUt i thought there are in CANADA, arent they? I was wondering how would I communicate with them if they are so far. I dont want to waste time in communicating.

Thanks,

V.

vishal,

u r already in the best part of the world on 'fast communications' matter, aren't u ?

today u don't need to have a consultant on ur door steps, a nearby one would do fine. u can always speedpost them all docs and be online with them for any queries. thereafter, anything else, even docs would be thru emailing / online only.

so, i guess, this 'cohen' guy is an excellent choice. i also vouch for him, why? that's a diff, but obvious, matter. besides, CH.. & WW.. r other good ones. google it, check their profile, testimonials, age in service... & u would know.

regards.

It doesn't matter where the consultant/lawyer is located as long as he/she is a member of the Canadian bar or at least is familiar with the Canadian immigration laws.

Dear,

No. of ppl doesn't matter, the charges r for one case file.

We couldn't give sanguine costs, as the same varies from time to time. But generally it would be in the range of USD 4,000-5,500/- for a Gold package. They all have a skeleton package also. Morover, it is paid in instalments, usually 3. One as 'retainer fee' and later based on the processing stages.

I paid 4,000/- way back for a 'Gold+Job Assured' package, to one of the aforementioned consultants.

Hope that helps.
