Like at the border when completing the landing? Why would you get rejected there? Your PR is already approved, since you're holding
the CoPR?

My friend just did his landing today at carway he said it was not a good experience officer was asking him a lot of question from date of entry addresses where you live past years and ask for all working permits im just curious what if you forgot any of the officers question like date and postal code

I have read multiple posts here that Carway officers dont like people doing landing at borders, so maybe they have started giving hard time to people now, avoid going there instead just wait for few more weeks and do an inland landing at cic office

Hi andreleiangel,

i don't see anything wrong with the officer asking those questions.i also don't see someone will get refused landing because he forgot an address or to carry one of the work permits.
the officer ask questions just to confirm that you are the right person indicated in the COPR and visa,i will be suspicious too if you don't remember your last date of entry.
as for postal codes i will say no one remember them all for the past five years unless you had one address.
also your friend should avoid landing during the weekend, its their busy time of the week.
carway is known for good landing experiences overall, there is also coutts.
landing at cic local office will require at least 3 months appointment these days in alberta.
if your all paper in order you shouldn't worry about where you land just choose your time wisely

Hi byrwus,

there is no airport landing unless you exit the country and fly back.
officers at coutts, carway and all other port of entrants in canada are just doing their jobs and you should be expected to answer their questions, immigration is one of their duties so they can't refuse to land you but like i said many times people should choose their landing time wisely(avoid weekends with all costs).
i have known people that got work permits and land in both coutts and carway without a single issue

not everyone can afford the time and money to fly out and in just to land.
lol everyone who go for landing have the required documents ;)who doesn't?????

i did my landing at the Pearson international airport with my 2 kids . i had all documents but the officer didn't ask me a thing. she only asked for copr and international passport ::) ::)
