Yah he got additional documents.mine nothing change from the day I got AOR .even no reply of case specific enquiry .call centre doesn't say anything .told me to wait until six months

Dude, this is what you must do this week:

Speak to the doctor who sent your medical. Get their verification that they sent it.

Call the call centre. Tell them that you took your medical X months ago (however long ago it was) and it's still not been received.

They're supposed to investigate if they've not received your medical within 3 months!

thanks .but I called three times in between three months tow agent told me they received madical just its not updated .and third one she even don't want to tell anything?
