still In Process for me, although I got a reply for my case specific inquiry to the visa office that they have the results of my medical exam- this should have been in the e-cas but wasn't. i guess some immigration officers don't update the e-cas everytime, some got a "medical exam results received" note under the In Process status, others like me didn't have that.
