I'm working as emergency physician consultant in my country and my qualification is one of the recognized credentials in Royal College of Physician in British Columbia in Canada.
Despite I passed IELTS, MCCEE and ready to sit for further exam, it seems that it is still impossible to get a LOCUM job in Vancouver, even through an application via HealthMatchBC.
