The cic ruling is clear on this matter: your job duties listed on experience letter should comply with majority of duties outlined under respective NOC ... so as assistant professor, your job experience letter will include job duties that will align with NOC 4011, not 3113... so you have to choose 4011.

but I want to work as a dentist in the canada not a lecturer or professor... I dont know if I choose my noc to be 4011 there will be any problem later

There won't be any issue later. 4011 is just for your EE. You can change your career line anytime.

Gross annual salary
Job duties


This is the format i used.. make sure they put date on the letter.. the date on which it is issued

U can add visiting card of clinic owner

Also , plz note my experience was at a reputable clinic with social media and google maps presence and easily verifiable online.. if it is a clinic that is not easily verifiable they might dig in deeper or ask fr more evidence to support claimed work experience

U need at least one year of full time work experience after internship.

No, internship does not count towards work exp.
My advise would be get ur ECA done for degree.
Wait until u hv completed experience then give ielts and aim fr at least 8 bands in listening and 7 bands in each of the other modules then u will be good to go.

Would it be better to go by other course like leadership in healthcare prof. Or others and give ndeb on student visa or get into schooling after getting PR

I am.guessing u want to settle in Canada then u go for PR first... u will not get student visa for ndeb .. u will have to go on visit visa to give exams and come back.. very expensive roure...u dont need ndeb to go thru Express entry.. once u have PR u can explore all options from there... u can give exams... gk for advanced placement dds ( for which u need to be PR)... or u can go for masters or other programs which are far for expensive for intl students than domestic with Pr
