AFAIK, You can get nominated without a license. Check out the requirements for Ontario immigration nomination program. OINP is the only one that nominates dentists as well without a valid job offer or licensing

According to the website, all u need is a CRS score of 400 and above, an valid ECA, Language tests, and an intention to reside in Ontario.
From what I understand, your profile is checked and a notice of interest is sent to you so that u can apply for the OINP.
If u are in a regulated profession like dentistry, you may have to submit a proof of licensing but I was informed that it can be deffered to after you land as well.but please, cross check this point
Further details on their website.

I donno much bout new Brunswick

And there have also been instances of dentists and pharmacists receiving notice of interest by the OINP without having a valid license in Ontario.

There is news that Ontario has re started the OINP intake this month.
Pls check it out

Will have to wait to be nominated by the province then apply right?
Yeah. You need to get an notification of intrest in your MY CIC account.
But check for your eligibility as well.
Btw. Intake for each draw is increasing so there are good chances that the scores will drop in the coming few draws.
What's your CRS score?

I'm dentist kindly let me know that if anybody get nomination based on their one year house job as work experience.will it count in my other year experience .appreciated

That's a good score.
You might get an ITA even without a nomination soon.
Just wait for the scores to drop. Going by the trend of increasing ITAs, there should be a drop soon.
Are you filing by yourself or through a representative/consultant
