don't blam guys............which is mention that IELTS is must for visa? its a part of your overall prfile and not necessary for visa if IELTS is basic requirement of visa then how many people got visa without IELTS.but its true IELTS do case strong and VO good empression with IELTS BUT its not mean that without IELTS visa is impossible.people who h'v done IELTS give your comment without search.visa chances depend overall profile not only IELTS. i know a person at this fourm who got 7 band in IELTS and got rejection due to financial reason although his statement was good and according to requirement.

What we meant to say is that IELTS is "one among" the mandatory requirements in the "overall profile" for filling a student visa

reguarding mention of the I.E.L.T.S, i would like to ask u a question with respect.
all people are fool who goes with I.E.L.T.S.?mostly students from asia secures visa with attaching i.e.l.t.s score card.
and rest are the toppers of IIM,IIT.who dont require ielts to prove their english level proficiency.
their college name is just enough to secure a visa.
and still if u feels ielts doesent matter with visa.then go ahead,apply for visa,you will feel actualy what ielts is.

With no IELTS, 3rd division graduation marks and without any relevant work experience.. your profile is very weak. Even if you manage to get admission to any of the colleges, getting visa will be very difficult...
Since, your graduation scores are low... try to score as high you can in IELTS (aim for minimum 7), in mean time work somewhere in some relevant field like Accounting, BPO back office, HR, Sales, marketing etc. for atleast 1 year and build up your profile. Then get admission in a 1 or 2 years PG certificate/diploma programme in Business related field, write a strong SOP related to our background and intention to study and get a loan from a recognized bank, and then only, finally apply for study permit under SPP if you are from India. This way your chances for getting study permit will be much higher.
