Any chances of getting Spouse TRV accepted?

Hello everyone!
I have sponsored my husband under the Family Class Sponsorship program and found out today that his file transferred to LVO on 30th August, 2018 still awaits an initial review. I am 8 months pregnant and was hoping that my husband and I witnessed the birth of our child together.
I wanted to know if he applies for a TRV, what are the chances of approval?
Would really appreciate all the thoughts!

I don’t believe there is any issue with visiting Canada during the Outland process, I’ve seen many people on here do it before. It is more frowned upon to leave during an inland process than to visit during an Outland process however if he applies for a TRV it of course is at their discretion whether he gets approved or not. Has he applied for one before?

There are no issues applying for the TRV. However the chances of approval are low.

Applying won't effect your application, but approval rates are extremely low.. Good luck
