What is the score going now?

The last mininum score was 451 to so it is not wise to say that below 450 is not possible. No one on this or any forum can tell you that (unless they secretly work with CIC).

No one knows what the lowest score will eventually be, except CIC.

It would be good, if we don't ask such question, i understand ppl need support and hope, if someone says yes u have good chances of ITA. But remember there are certain people who will say no directly, some would say yes, it is better let draw decide fate, and if u want ITA to get early, than improving IELTS score is always option. Good luck. God bless :)

Any chance of score dropping to 450 in next 6 months?

What is the OP expecting? One can either say "yes, there is a chance" and then quantify that. Will you change your decision making and planning if someone tells you there is a 33% chance of getting an ITA with your score?

You need to establish your objective before asking such a question. A lot of factors could come in to play over the next six months. It will be the end of the first year of Express Entry and that could have it's own ramifications.

Set aside the participants in this forum. Does CIC even know what the next cut off is (let alone cut off scores in the next six months)?

It feels like CIC turns their system into gambling system, there's no cut off point, there's no certainty.
Maybe give it another 6 months, hopefully they are able to figure things out.
The up-coming election might also affect the way they want to run the government, especially with the economic condition here.
I'm just hoping Canada doesn't fall into recession, since that will make things harder.
More Canadians will lose their jobs and will be applying for EI, then government needs to find a way to get money from somewhere else.
It's just my opinion. Any thought?

i scored CLB10 in all skills in my IELTS and my score is 456, created the profile today only, can i expect an ITA?

Not even close to a gambling system if you know what score you need to win the lottery. Currently, anything over 450 is highly likely to get you an invite in the short term.

It seems 15th draw came out with a score 456 :(

I have a curent IELTS score of L7.5 R7.5 W7 S6 . I am planning to regive the exam to up my score of 448.
I had few questions :
1> what if I score less in my new IELTS exam? Will they consider the old one ? or the latest one?
2> Also , if one gives multiple IELTS , do they consider best of Learning or Writing or Speaking or Listening OR they consider one IELTS scoresheet
??

Please help

You can choose to showcase any valid IETLTS results.

You can't mix and match scores from multiple IELTS attempts.
