They are not having draws, only CEC and PNPs, regular EE candidates haven't even been drawn... THey must be just stockpiling.

Well, Canada usually invites Skilled overseas workers through its frequent Express Entry draws. As per the recent scenario, the Canada immigration authority has issued 3371 invitations and invited overseas personnel with a minimum 447 CRS score under the Canadian Experience Class. Hence, by seeing this, you need to score as higher CRS as you can. Applicants with scoring CRS score of 425-430, they will have bleak chances to get an Invitation to apply for Canada PR. Also, there are more people who have higher CRS score in the pool for getting PR visa.

If you have a perfect IELTS score, 3 years of work experience, a master's degree, and under 30 years, only then do you get a 481 CRS. Not many people will fulfill all those criteria.

I'd say 30%chances in the next draw, 70% in the draw after. But he will be in eventually in June.
